DCAA Issue
I work for a major firm in their accounting, insurance and procurement departments and in the course of coordinating our response to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) I had a need for some legal advice. In working with our in-house counsel, I suggested we contact Mr. Rose, as I had the privilege of sitting in on one of his Government contracts lectures at a conference and we contacted him for assistance. This fellow is the guru of federal contracts. He understands the FAR, contracts law and I swear, he even reads the Agency's thoughts. His advice is well reasoned and "spot on". I cannot imagine using anyone else for advice. His rates are among the most reasonable we have ever seen. He is judicious in the amount of time he expends on an issue and he is fair. I would recommend him to any firm, large or small, who needs an attorney that understands the federal marketplace whether it be law or just who knows who the customers are and what they are thinking. (Some people call him "the oracle").

New business/ market advice
As a specialty and general contractor that was moving from the private, commercial markets to the federal government market, Dave was very instrumental in providing our organization with valuable advice and counsel. Dave also provided solid advice and guidance on JV and teaming agreements.
