Gary L. Moser (1949-2025) is an emeritus attorney at the firm who practiced over 35 years. He was primarily responsible for issues involving commercial transactions and corporate law as well as a mentor to many younger attorneys. He also represented several governmental entities and companies with issues involving employment and sexual discrimination as well as being a certified arbitrator and mediator. He was an experienced litigator who taught numerous educational courses as well as wrote many articles on subjects ranging from revised Uniform Commercial Code, Article 9, to bank and collection practices. Other areas of practice included real estate, zoning, land use planning and transportation law.
Gary attended the University of Oklahoma (B.A. 1972) and Mercer University School of Law (J.D. 1981). He retired from the U.S. Army as both a combat helicopter pilot and Lt Colonel.
