Christopher Cole

Mr. Cole is most recently a Trial Attorney with the Air Force Commercial Law and Litigation Directorate JAQC, Joint Base Andrews, MD. He was previously Chief of the Special Litigation Section and has litigated over 200 bid protest and contract claim cases in the GAO, ASBCA and CoFC. Mr. Cole was previously in private practice in Houston Texas in the Areas of Bankruptcy and Tax. He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. As a member of the Texas National Guard, Lt Col Cole served as Staff Judge Advocate at Task Force Eagle during SFOR 7 Tuzla Bosnia where he provided legal support to the American sector of the stabilization force. Outside of his current assignment, his litigation experience includes six years with the Department of Justice Tax Division in Dallas Texas and 10 years of private practice in Bankruptcy and Tax litigation. Mr. Cole is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, The Court of Appeals for the fifth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, The Court of Federal Claims, the United States Tax Court, the Supreme Court of the State of Texas and all Federal District Courts in the State of Texas, DC  and Georgia. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association.
